1.3 Feedback & Dialogue

Feedback & Dialogue is the capability to engage in open, constructive, and purposeful conversations that improve performance, learning, and working relationships. It combines clear feedback, attentive listening, and mutual accountability.

Why Feedback & Dialogue matters

Without effective feedback, performance stalls and small issues become systemic problems. Poor dialogue leads to defensiveness, silence, or misalignment. Strong feedback and dialogue enable continuous improvement, trust, and timely course correction.
