Over the years I have worked with a range of companies in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Research and Education in South Africa, South Korea and Vietnam. What always struck me  was the rigid and ineffective way in which many of these companies approached employee development.

This inspired me to find new ways to empower companies across cultural and language divides. In pursuit of this goal I completed an MS in Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Texas at Dallas. The extensive insights I gathered from post-graduate work, combined with my experience both in business and in the classroom, enabled me to bring Vectara to fruition.
